Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within Australia. However we are looking at expanding where we ship to.
If you would like to place an order with us before we have shipping available to your country please send us an email or DM and we can give you an estimation of what the shipping costs could be.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Postage
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express postage
Same state: 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days

How do I track my order?
After order confirmation, you will be sent a tracking number once we have generated your parcel sticker.
Returns
How do I return an item?
At LLB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below:
Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage along with original packaging. We will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at littlelightbookshop@gmail.com to initiate your return.
Package Your Return: Please include a copy of your order confirmation and securely package the book to avoid damage during shipping.
Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

What Qualifies as a Damaged Book
Torn or Ripped Pages: Any pages that are torn or significantly ripped.
Water Damage: Books with water stains, warped pages, or swollen covers.
Severe Cover Damage: Major dents, scratches, or tears/cuts on the front or back cover.
Binding Issues: Pages that are loose, falling out, or completely detached from the spine.
Printing Errors: Significant printing errors that affect readability (e.g., missing pages, misprints).
Crushed or Bent Covers: Covers that are crushed or bent in a way that affects the integrity of the book.
What Does Not Qualify as a Damaged Book
Minor Wear and Tear: Normal wear such as slight creases, small scuffs, or minor scratches.
Slight Cover Bending: Light bending of the cover that does not affect the usability of the book.
Minor Page Wrinkles: Slight wrinkles or folds in pages that do not impair readability.
Dust Jacket Wear: Minor wear on dust jackets or covers that are not integral to the book’s structure.
Shelf Wear: Light signs of shelf wear from being displayed, such as minor corner wear.
Age-Related Yellowing: Natural yellowing of pages due to age, unless pages are fragile or crumbling.
